"Belinda assisted our Council to reassess the value proposition offered by membership of our association, and to look more closely at the segmentation we had been using to identify enhanced opportunities for member engagement. She did this most effectively, and helped Council to better define issues requiring our attention. Whilst challenging them, she moved them constructively into planning mode, and therefore helped to reshape our strategic position. Belinda is a great facilitator and a thought leader!" Garry Pearson, Australian Dental Association Victoria Branch

Prue Boath, Client Services
Prue began her career in hospitality which quickly stemmed into a Hotel Management degree. After winning an entrepreneurial business plan competition, she was fortunate to be invited to complete an internship at a premier Gold Coast theme park. There she was able to have direct insight into the management and coordination of opening a new entertainment precinct. After graduation, Prue spent her early career in sales and marketing roles at 5-star hotels with a large focus on conferences and events. Looking to expand her marketing experience, she completed a Master of Marketing. Lending those skills to several industries since, it has landed her at SMS where she is very eager to immerse herself into the not-for-profit sector. Prue thrives on project and account management where administration and office coordination becomes second nature. Outside the office, Prue is busy with her family, volunteering at the local dance school, and enjoys a good triple brie accompanied by a rose. You can contact Prue on email@example.com or 1300 852 303 or LinkedIn.
